I am Bethany?s mom, Kim, who spoke and worked with you to set up the appointment to take her old couch away. There was a misunderstanding in setting up the appointment. However, you went out of your way to not only kindly apologize, but get the job done - and even brought Bethany?s friend (who was there to receive you when you arrived) a drink from Starbucks! Needless to say, she was very happy! I really appreciate your customer service to ?make it right.? We will recommend you in a heartbeat! In a world where customers seem to not have quality care, you proved it can be done well! Thank you for restoring my hope in good business!

I had a fantastic experience with College Hunks during my 7/26 move. Quentin & Luke were professional, and handled my belongings with great care. They moved my couch, recliner, and entertainment center efficiently and without any issues. Quentin & Luke were friendly and courteous, making the entire process stress-free.
