They were very engaging, explained all again.. vereified the Minimum 1/8 truck rate; when they knew I was wanting to get these 3 chairs to "someone in need" they explained that most all of their good furniture like mine will be offered to Habitat For Humanity, that picks up at least once a week. I was well satisfied with the promptness andgenuine courtesy and "customer service" attitudes theyboth displayed.
