I hate that I can't remember their names but they helped me move on 2/23 from Charlotte, NC to Fort Mill,SC, around 1pm.They were on time, polite, asked questions for clarification, and treated my belongings with care.

the staff members that attended to our appointment were professional and careful. however I had requested 3 people and only 2 arrived with no prior warning. I would like to understand why this happened and would have wanted a heads up

You guys saved us today my friend had to be out of her apartment today and still had so many bags of trash and junk to dispose of and we couldn't do it on our own since the recycle center was closed. You scheduled me quickly and the guys came when they were supposed to and they were so polite and quick. Thank you so much!
