Jack, Kevin and Blaine were tremendous. Great communication. Unloading of our truck took 15 minutes. Our job was delayed due to issues in an earlier project. Could have done without the details of that saga from Quinn - none of my business, and didn?t give the ?customer first? focus. Gave the impression that our engagement wasn?t a priority. Managing expectations is key. Going into details on the problems with another customer was irrelevant.
