Wow, first of all, James A was the friendliest guy I think Ive ever met. Ive been in customer service for over a decade and this guy has got it down. Pleasant conversationalist, polite, respectful, very upbeat, and strong as heck! This guy wins service experience of the year for me. Not only did Ian and James get all of my stuff moved hours faster than the algorithm suggested, but they also put things and boxes exactly where I asked them to. Ian was very focused on the task at hand and really got to work the moment he entered the apartment. Both men get an A++ from me and because of these two I will be sure to use college hunks again if I do any moving or need anything hauled away. Get these guys a raise! Thank you, James and Ian! Very fast, very nice, and were just super helpful the whole process. The thing that took the longest was probably reading all the paperwork before and waiting for them to create the final receipt . There were also 3 of them when I was told it would only be 2 of them. But they took it off the end bill, just would have been nice because we didnt have a lot to move and ended up being under the minimum 2 hours so I feel like I had to waste some money
