Overall I was satisfied with the job. Kurt and Jacob were great. However, when we got to our destination, many of the boxes that were stored on "attic" shelf of the Haul truck fell off during the trip. Kurt had tied some rope across to secure them, but it slipped off. Fortunately nothing was broken, so all is good.
