From the first phone call when nick called and said what time he was going to arrive it was nothing but a professional experience!! Nick and Kevin were awesome! We were their second job that day and you could never tell! They treated our things like it was their own! When we arrived at our destination 2 managers showed up to help the guys Marcus and? sorry dont remember his name but he was awesome! Just when you thought it couldnt get any better it did! All your men seem to enjoy what they were doing they were very professional but friendly at the same time! Nick and Kevin are a huge asset to your company! I was also pleased to learn that some of my items could potentially be donated, which made me feel better about parting with them. It was also great that when my scheduled crew was delayed you were able to dispatch an alternate crew rather than keep me waiting.
