Two of the guys were efficient and great. And I liked how they were not on their phones. One of them was clearly learning the ropes. So he didn't really know what he was doing, was often standing there and did not know what to do. I had to direct him a bit, as the supervisor was (diligently) assembling furniture. So, as to this third individual, I'm not sure I got my money's worth. His attitude was great, and I'm sure he'll get better as he gains more experience.
