I was very impressed with all the steps in completing our move. I contacted College HUNKS for an estimate and got a call back from Stacy who scheduled an on-site walk through. When he came he took pictures of everything we need moved and sent me an estimate via email with a list of all the items that will be moved. He scheduled the move on a Sunday with no extra fees despite it being a weekend I got a call from Alex on the day of the move and he gave me the time they would arrive and they were punctual. Alex and two other movers showed up. Alex did a walk through to confirm everything and they started right away and they did not stop working the whole time. Honestly, they truly treated every item as if they owned it themselves. They wrapped every piece of furniture with blankets and had special boxes for the mirrors and plastic bags for the mattresses. They worked non-stop and then left for the new house. They said they would stop for 20 minutes for lunch and I was surprised that they really spent not a minute more than that. What impressed me was at the end, Alex deducted that 20 minutes from the total so that we didn?t pay for it. At the new house they worked fast and carefully moved every piece of furniture where we wanted it. It really felt like they were furnishing their own home. They really cared for everything. I think that this personal attention to every detail was what made it exceptional service in my opinion. Thank you Stacy and Alex and everyone else. It was definitely the best moving experience I ever had.
