They took excellent care of my furniture, taking the time to wrap everything so it would be safe! I was so nervous but everything made it into our new home with no damage. They did arrive at 10:15 which was a hour later than our 8-9 am window. I did not receive the call until 9:05, they also did not inform us they would be taking a lunch break so we were all waiting at the house for more than 40 minutes expecting them to arrive. At the end , we did have to remind them not to include their lunch time in our charges, but overall a great experience. Would use again!
