Jonathan & Logan were courteous and efficient. I was however VERY irritated by Susan who gave me quotes over the phone. I was very specific about the amount of debris and being from a residential demo, and at no time was I informed about a different pricing for a BEDLOAD which cost me SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than the range Susan gave me over the phone!! I was really angry, and had I been properly informed, I would have had the time to call for other options. Although the "hunks" were professional, I am left feeling very irritated by my experience.
