Shakoi & Dee were total rock stars! While we were not happy about the late arrival or the truck being half full when it arrived for our clean- out, Shakoi & Dees professionalism, hard work & friendliness made up for it. The coordinator, Jacob, could definitely learn a thing or two from them. Jacob charging us for a second day, which was in no way our fault at all, was not cool nor appreciated. While I will rave about the great service from Shakoi & Dee, I cannot say that I would highly recommend the company overall.
