The two men sent to us, Bobby and Brian, were very cordial, well-presented and started to work immediately...they were efficient and respectful of all property. We thought they were returning on 10/14 but were disappointed...perhaps we misunderstood...can you let us know?

Shakoi is a total rock star! I wasn't thrilled about the additional charges tacked on at the end, due to overbooking, but that had nothing to do with Shakoi and his partners. They were hard-working, efficient and friendly.
