I have to say I was aggravated that my appointment window was 11-1 and although I got 2 calls updating their progress they arrived at 4:15. However, the team leader was amazing! He had a superior way to pack the truck and even had 2 additional trucks who had a bit of extra space come so they could finish the job in one visit. Although the humidity was 100% they all kept a positive attitude and were so nice to work with! Trust me it wasnt an easy job. Thank you for the great service and hopefully the scheduling hiccup is not standard.

I was totally unprepared and they made my move so easy and even helped me pack the remaining items I didnt get to before they arrived. They took care of everything perfectly !
