Overall, it was a great experience, everyone from the representative who set up appointment, to the individuals who answered later questions, and finally Joshua and his team mate who hauled off the items were ALL, attuned to excellent customer service and attentiveness. The only detractor I was unhappy with is the pricing structure. I wish that it was a flat fee. I understand it is your business model. But seriously, people like me, a senior citizen finds it very difficult to accommodate your price structure. (I was helping a grandchild and was expecting to be paying no more than $200, this fee was a whopper!!!)! Aside from this issue, everyone that I encountered during my various transactions to get to today, were professional, knowledgeable, kind and my impression was they happy to be at work. That matters. Thank you.
