We are satisfied with the three men who were assigned to our home. However, they came with no masks during an ongoing pandemic. We were shocked that your organization did not equip them with any masks nor alerted them of the possible consequences of COVID-19 transmission. Upon our request, they went and bought some masks (thus delaying our plans) but in the middle of the move, their masks tore off and they had no replacements. They said their management does not provide them any masks or back-up masks. It appears they were clueless of walking into homes of clients who have co-morbidities and higher health risks during the global pandemic, which is especially acute in USA. Please protect your workers, and your clients, it is decision that may many save lives. Thank you!
