Trey, Levi, and Kadeem were awesome with removal of a troublesome washer that took much more time and work than any of us expected. They were great! As for the quote on the phone with the call center, I was told the only quote she could give was $119, and that it would be less. Wrong. $119 is the absolute minimum. This was disappointing and oh, well, misleading. But not the guy's fault. Five stars for Trey Levi and Kadeem. Thank you.
