The guys said they would get there about 10:20 AM and they were actually five minutes early. Friendly and easy to work with. The whole job took less than 45 minutes.The truck was smaller than I expected and so what it took to fill up almost half a truck was less than I thought. I also didn?t remember hearing anything about the $99 surcharge for a heavy item, but of course under the circumstances I was not going to say no and try to find another provider.It would be helpful if you could let people know ? on your website ? what kind of load is likely to fill up half a truck, because again there would be fewer awkward surprises. But I?m fine with it, the job is done, and thank you very much.

The team was awesome. Picked up 5 large items to be hauled and were in and out in under an hour!

John and Jimmy were so helpful and friendly and on time! They handled all our items with care and were very respectful of our home. I highly recommend them!

I?m missing two bed slats, they are long and gray possibly on the truck still
