They both did a great job with my move.

I really liked College H.U.N.K.S. Billy, Darian and Nathan were amazingly efficient and careful! The pricing was very economical. Kevin in sales kept in touch and immediate answered any questions I had. We sent pictures and the estimate was accurate for how much space the furniture would take up on the truck. However, even though pictures were sent and I was in constant communication about the job, we were never told about added labor costs if mirrors were taken off of dressers. We did get a credit for this. We were also not told of the $19.00 dollar charge for each mattress and box spring. The day of the job was when I was told of these charges. The labor for taking two mirror off two dressers, was not disclosed until after the job. My husband would have done it ourselves. We did get a credit for the labor of the mirrors.

Anthony and Brandon were wonderful! On time, efficient, and friendly. The entire experience was Great.

These guys were. Very professional n knew there stuff. Most of all it was a very stressful time because I was going to my ex wife?s house to get my belongings n somehow they along with the cops made it a more bearable situation. Would definitely use them again

The two gentleman, Nathan and Billy, were both very friendly and were able to move some of our furniture from the basement to the first floor. We enjoyed having them here and would highly recommend College H.U.N.K.S.

This is my first time hiring a removal service, so I was not sure what to expect. The team of Jake, Darien snd Nathan worked very well as a team and communicated very well. We had a large item that needed to be moved that had to go through 2 doorways with less then an inch clearance and they guided each side of the item very carefully by communicating to each other. They were very polite and respectful. They would ask me if it is ok to remove something on the wall that was in the way and might get damaged. They put blankets down to protect floors and door jams. We had another very heavy item (probably several hundred pounds) and they muscled it up the ramp to the truck. They even entertained my curious young children and invited them to look in the back and cab of the truck. What a great, hard working, and customer service oriented team you have. I would definitely use the Des Plaines College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk location again.
