Although the couch did not fit in the space planned, the team was professional tried all aspects to make it work. Also moved some additional items for us. When we originally booked the appointment, we were told that the billing was in 15 minute increments. This team did say they had a one hour minimum, which they did pro rate based on what we were told. The information just wasnt the same as what was told but the team that came honored what was told to us.
