Kyle and David are officially now, two of my most favorite people! I am currently looking for more junk so I can get them back!!!! They were WONDERFUL, CAREFUL, FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT!

Marcus & Joey were wonderful! They did a great job from the opening paperwork to the closing. Very nice, personable young men, hardworking, AND professional. Id recommend them to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed the time with them, AND they did a great job! They were careful not to damage moved items, walls, etc. and always asked where to put things - then did it correctly & with a smile . They worked well together, helped each other be safe on stairs, practiced safe work methods, and appeared to enjoy their work. Please & thank you are a comfortable part of their vocabulary.Any confusion came from the office, insisting I submit a formal itinerary to be moved, that could only be changed ahead of time. I explained my situation of not knowing how much I could move over the weekend, so might swap items to be moved, but that the general truck space would remain the same - not acceptable. I was encouraged to overestimate because I could always delete items. But if I swapped something not on the itinerary the hunks couldnt take it. I understand the importance of having an accurate idea to provide truck space & appropriate time, but the inflexibility was absurd. The call center employees were friendly, polite, & professional, just seemed limited by their information parameters.I think the list from which the call center employees estimate space & time should be expanded. They only seemed able to choose from typical household items & tried their best to approximate equivalents to things I needed moved. And I give them credit for doing their best from a limited set of choices. Example - two 12 x 4 x 8ft -long-boards- they tried to compare this to a number of boxes or furniture. While the calculated square footage might be comparable, something that long might need a different sized truck ... Since the company does not advertise that only household furniture & item are moved, I suggest employees be given broader lists to select from, or at least to be able to just describe non-typical items so whomever decides truck size & time has a more accurate picture of what is to be moved. I think this would be most helpful to both them & customers.Thank you for the opportunity to comment- and for 2 great young men who did a commendable job!

I really liked it when my hunks helped me get my U-Haul truck back in time. It felt like they really wanted to make sure I had the best possible moving experience.

I had the pleasure of Daniel and Connor coming to my house for junk removal. They were both very efficient in getting the job done and made sure I was happy with not only the service but the price! The price was the lowest I found and you definitely get your moneys worth! Book with this company you wont be disappointed! 10/10

Everything went off well and in a timely manner. One chair was accidentally left on truck. I believe it must have gotten mixed up with donated furniture

Started late due to some issues with staffing, but had no issues once we started. Cody & Brian were my movers. Nice guys.
