Driver and crew was great. Dispatcher is a moron!!!! No lift gate when I stated it was double door commercial fridge compromised my fridge and threatened to cancel for a huge client that would fuck us which was DC UNITED soccer club. Complete incompetence and as a former dispatch and GM of allied van lines in Tampa FL hes trash

Delano and Ryan were professional, friendly and VERY hard working.

They (the crew leader) did a nice job in a timely and courteous manner. The helper was clearly not as interested in getting his hands dirty or pushing or lifting heavy objects or working to hard. The crew leader did everything we asked with a smile (glad to help attitude)... you need more like him. He may have been too nice to the helper (in my opinion)... he didn't push the helper, just did the heavy stuff himself.
