James and Blake did an outstanding job. Even though this was a small job, they were prompt, polite and professional. They made sure they understood what was to be done, and were very careful with my furniture; which I really appreciated. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. And, they were amazingly quick! I am already thinking of using "Hunks" for junk removal (when I have had time to prepare my "junk". Thank you so much. Patricia

The experience from reservations through to the packing was a breeze. Communication was clear and efficient, very courteous! The team that showed up, called to make sure I was ready, even arrived a little early. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I liked the call 30 minutes before getting to their destination but with our pickup I was first told it would be between 2:00 and 4:00Then Taylor called a about 3:30 to say the guys were running a little late and It?d be closer to 4:00 or a little pastAt 4:30 I called back and Taylor said they were leaving Lexington right thenThis is Friday afternoon, late afternoon so it was about 5:10 when the guys arrived Over an hour lateThank goodness my wife and I didn?t plan anything for the early evening You gotta tell customers much more accurately on revising pickup times You WANT TO BE HONEST WITH YOUR TIMES FOLKS
