Juan and Durell were kind, efficient, friendly and maintained covid safety protocols throughout the entire removal. I hired college hunks to help me empty out my fathers apartment after his unexpected passing. The kindness of Juan and Durell made an unpleasant experience much easier to handle. I truly am grateful. I was absolutely without a doubt impressed with my two movers. Their professionalism at such ages, both on the phone and in-person was top notch, and the care they took with the items at my home and my Dad's home was superb. I have spread the word to my friends and family, and I'll be returning if I ever need these services again. It was worth every penny!

We were satisfied with the service. However it would have been nice to know about the extra fees beforehand instead of on the spot- specifically the first 30 mins is included then having to pay for every 15 mins there after. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with College Hunks! These men moved out all the things I wanted to donate and in addition they were so great to help me hang a very heavy mirror and move my heavy bed so I could put down a rug. They were on time, very professional yet friendly, they wore masks, and worked quickly and efficiently I couldnt have been more pleased!! Thanks, Hunks!!!

Bottom line is I got my deceased mothers house cleaned out so we could sell so thank you for that. A couple of issues/concerns though.1. When I called and explained the things I needed cleaned out I was told it would be around $800 but you would need to come out and do an estimate first.2. When you came out to do the estimate I walked the guys through the whole house and showed them everything that would need to go. 3. In a call from them to Ty for the estimate and date for the cleanout I was told we needed to go through the house again in detail and so they could take pictures and I would get a call with the estimate and date that afternoon.4. I received no call that afternoon and called myself late in the day and was told I would get a call back. This was Friday. On Saturday I still hadn't received a called so I called again. Still no call. I called again on Sunday and still no call. I called again on Monday and I finally go through and got the estimate, $2,200 and the date the next day which was good and that it would take a couple of hours.5. The final cost was $2,700 and it took 3 1/2 hours. The workers were all good.6. I paid via credit card and was told I would get a receipt pretty quickly but never did. I also received an email by mistake during the cleanout about receiving payment from me but it was not my payment of credit card and I hadn't paid yet!7. 2 days later I called because I never received anything and you said there was an issue with the payment so you had to take my credit card information and process my payment again.All in all I am glad it is over but you have some things to fix in you processes.Thanks again,Steve
