The service on 2/12/21 was promt , courteous , and professional. Both gentlemen were excellent. Where I have proble with college hunks is prior to that date. I was scheduled for someone to come the week prior, I had confirmed the visit online, On the day of no one showed. I called college hunks and was told we are on the list, just wait a little longer. I did that and still no one showed up. When I called back this time I was told no one was coming because they called my house earlier to confirm and no one picked up. Really? I confirmed onine so thats all that is needed and if someone did call my house why didnt they leave a message on my answering machine? I called and asked for a supervisor and they said one would call me back. No one did. I feel a credit should be issued to my account for all the problems I experienced during that time. Please get back to me as soon as possible. If I do not hear back I will escalate this matter. Thank You. Mrs Wendy Massey @wm42056@yahoo.com

They were absolutely wonderful, and were very gracious, offering me a good price as I told them we were in a financial bind due to our tenant leavin g the place a disaster. Mike and Bobby were quick and thorough moving items from house to truck. Both acted very professional and were pleasant to talk too. Althougj it was junk, they handled it with care and ensured no damage to walls. Excellent work guys.
