First, I called at 10:20 in the morning. I had Evan and Rey in m y driveway at 11:14 -- 54 minutes later. And these are exact times because I double checked the camera timestamp! That's awesome in itself.Rey and Evan were incredibly polite, helpful, respectful and fun. They got the junk moved out and loaded in their truck before 11:45, including the stuff from the basement that had to be brought out through the basement door and up the hill to the driveway. (Cause they preferred to do that versus risk any damage to the stairway walls. Conscientious!!) I did manage to think of a few more things that could go with them and they were very patient with me while I got the afterthought items gathered.The entire experience was a big positive! The only thing I could criticize was that the tablet Evan had to use to calculate and process payment was really slow. But during that time, Rey gave me a couple suggestions for where to find the best tacos and carne asada in the area - yum! We have many people come in and out of house, from remodeling contractors, home healthcare providers, friends and family. Evan and Rey were among the most personable!! (Even our cat came out and she's typically very shy.) College Hunks service was impressive to start, since they were able to schedule not just same day service, but within the hour service. My goal (junk removal) was accomplished very quickly, and I felt very good about the overall cost. So win-win. But Evan and Rey as individuals made the experience a high point. I was smiling and laughing and anything or anyone that can spread happiness is a blessing!Give those guys a raise!!!!

I have now used both the Moving (GM-Quin)and now the Junk (GM-Alex) side of the company and been impressed each time. I can't remember all the "mover's" names but they were great. Team Josh and Lucas (in think) were super amazing getting rid of all the acquired memories from over 50 years of marriage in my parents basement. So, satisfying to see 1/2 the basement cleared...phase two will be January. We will booking College Hunks again and giving out referrals. THANK YOU!!
