Quick response & resolution to issue.

The 4 men were very nice,polite,helpful and very hardworking. They never took a break and I don't want what I would like to say next to reflect negatively on their great work ethic. I feel like it was unfair that they could not fit all our items in the truck. And that I had to pay for extra time because it took longer than estimated.I am worried now that I am having your company come this sat Jan 11th to remove the remaining trash and furniture and what will happen?Will they take it all? Will they charge me more if more time needed. Should I cxl and find another company?Thank you for your time. I am not someone who would usually leave a negative comment.
