From Dimitri, who scheduled the pickup, to Everet and Diego, who actually picked up, it was reminiscent of the old days of courteous, prompt, and efficient service. Up-to-date calls on arrival, with a firm handshake and introduction, along with a genuine "thank you" (not "have a nice day") at the conclusion, plus a fair price, this was a very-welcome business to deal with.
