Chris and Maxwell were very professional and apologetic for being late to the appt. It was scheduled for arrival between 10 am- 12 pm, but they did not arrive until 12:35 pm. They phoned 25 minutes ahead to make me aware. Once they arrived inventory began and loading the truck. They waisted no time getting things packed into the truck. My only concern was the apparent size of the truck. It appeared to be quite different from the past 2 moves (1 junk/ 1 move). The other moves entailed 2 larger trucks. At the point of discussion it was noted that the cost for less room on this truck was more. I was given a 10% discount, however the lack of communication with office staff, scale of junk vs. move truck size, variances, etc. should be best spelled out as not to confuse the customer. I was a loyal customer with 3 moves previously, not only here in Indy. Also out of state and referred a neighbor. I would ask........ is one disgruntled customer who has spent money on 3 jobs worth loosing additional referrals? A 10 or 15 % discount is minor in the scheme of customer satisfaction!
