Zac and Pierce were WONDERFUL to work with today! They arrived earlier than scheduled, but this was a good thing. They were helping to unload a 26ft. long U-haul truck which was completely full. While they were working, it began to rain. Soon it was pouring, but we all kept working, and neither of the HUNKS ever complained. They remained professional, used the appropriate tools, used safety equipment to prevent injuries to themselves, and both young men always made sure that they knew exactly where a particular item, or box was going before they brought it into the house. Zac and Pierce were both friendly, good natured, fun to be around, and yet they worked as hard and fast as they could, in the worst of weather conditions. Zac and Pierce were both extremely kind, their manners were perfect, and they were easy to work with. They were professionals, and knew what they were doing. I enjoyed having both of these young men here, working with me. Sure, we were all soaking wet, but the job remained pleasant and upbeat, in spite of the weather. Both of these young men followed the guidelines. When their time was up, there were still 4 items that I could not take off of the truck, due to their extreme weight. Zac and Pierce realized I would not be able to handle these items, and stayed slightly longer, removing them from the truck, and took them inside the house. This was truly a lifesaver for me, and I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile, more than they know! On the whole, we were satisfied, but it wasn't success-only. One drawer handle in a dresser broke, which they acknowledged when one of us pointed it out before it was moved from the truck into the storage unit. Also, the living room sofas had covers on them at our house, but we removed them upon being informed that it would make moving them to the truck harder. When we came back to the house after placing everything in storage, one of them - I don't recall which - crumbled up the covers and took them along with an item we opted to junk. It didn't occur to them (granted, it didn't occur to us as we were frazzled trying to get this all done) that those were the sofa covers we needed, which could be placed on there in a return trip. That didn't hit me until days later, when I went by the storage again and saw some wear on one sofa that is right up against a door.We appreciated the fact that they moved quickly, but a couple of things could have made this a little better.

The hunks moved my stuff with ease. Arrived when scheduled, good communication and quick in and out. I will recommend Hunks to my friends and family! Thanks guys! Kudos to you!!

We bought a washing machine before we were told that Home Depot no longer would haul the old one away. That was a BIG problem till we heard about Junk Hunks . Thanks to them 'PROBLEM SOLVED!
