Jacob and Henry showed up on time, listened to what was important to us to get done in the 2-3 hour window. They were careful, quick, and skilled. When it was time to pay the balance, there was a discrepancy. Jacob handled the situation professionally and had me talk with Manny, the boss. Manny did the right thing and this job ended happily.
