Ladrea and Dylan did a great job. They arrived near the expected window. They were courteous and efficient. Ladrea took the time to explain the pricing to me and the payment process was smooth. He also took the time to let me know what other services are available through the company.I was grateful to be able to easily book online and have a good idea of what to expect for service.The growth opportunity here is to offer more transparent pricing prior to booking. There appeared to be 3 pricing options. According to the descriptions and pictures I was certain mine would fall into the first category (1/8 of the truck or less). That was not the case. In addition to an upcharge for additional space there was a per mattress and box spring (total of 4) recycling fee that I didn't expect as well. These additional charges nearly doubled my expense. To the credit of the company, however, this was still not the jump from the first to the second category so this feels more like a communication miss than it does willful deceit.

The HUNKS were amazing! We just repainted, remodeled our home. They were so careful and actually helped us get the furniture completely placed. Even moved a whole room when it didnt fit quite right. Couldnt ask for better service!

AWESOME SERVICE!!!! From just the initial call to inquire and book, it was great customer service!!! The boys we had as our movers (Tyrel, Makai, and James) were EXCELLENT!!!! So polite and fun and seriously super human strength! They were so efficient and definitely Jenga masters when it came to fitting everything into our pods. Please give them extra thanks from us!!!
