The guys were awesome. They came over after a long day with delays and unexpected amount of stuff on move before mine. Still had great attitudes, ready to roll. What wasn't Awesome, was the added end cost to me. The job wasn't huge. When I moved around the corner into the place I moved out of yesterday(upstairs to downstairs) it took 2 hunks just over 2 hours to load a truck, drive it around the corner, and then carry it up stairs. There wasn't any additional stuff than last time. I was told/quoted 2 hunks, $169/hour, with $150 travel fee. I figured about $400ish, as no loading in, no loading out, just carry stuff downstairs. Four guys arrived, 3.5 hours late. They communicated they'd be late, not a big deal. I was surprised to see 4 of them, but figured, awesome- even less time, they are running late (not my fault) and they brought back up. We do the same at Sysco when deliveries are behind, they send back up. What I didn't realize- is that also inceased the travel fee and hourly rate.... outside of what I was quoted and raised MY cost as a result of another one of your clients poor planning and understating their volume and needs. And extended my day as well..The guys are worth every penny, and they got it done in just under 1.5 hours. It was late, they were probably tired. I had pizza for them when they got there, so they would have something to eat. Again, no issue with the guys or how they worked. It is more about the unexpected added cost to me-- which seems to be the result of the delays at client before me. Travel was $55 more. Labor was $60 more. For a simple 1-2 hour job, handled by 2 guys just over a year ago. I hope the guys get every penny of that labor cost. At the very least, I'd love for you to credit me the difference in travel fee. Please. I'd totally request these guys again. And plan for all of them when budgeting the move/job. Thanks.

The team was great. Doug, Carlos, Ben, and Julian were punctual, professional, respectful, and understanding. They did an awesome job from the beginning to the end and worked very hard. I greatly recommend this company. I will definitely use this company again in 4 years when I move again. Great job GUYS...
