From start to finish my customer experience was OFF THE CHARTS! My husband and I relocated from CA to Clackamas, OR where we drove our own Uhaul. I COMPLETELY forgot to book movers for the day after we arrived to help us unload as we do not have friends here so we desperatly needed the help. I called the day before 4th of July and had a stellar phone interaction (sorry I don't remember the agents name) but he was so kind, reassuring that they could help me for a July 6th booking and got the job done! All of the email communication confirming our appointment was perfect. Day of our movers ROCKED IT! We were very much on a budget at this point as we had a $900 gas bill from our drive in our uhaul. Our movers that day were Diego, Reed and Garett and they were so professional, kind and courteous. I loved how they read all boxes that were labeled "fragile" and asked me where I wanted them placed! We literally had ZERO things that broke in that move and we are so grateful for how helpful the boys were. I loved how easy the paperwork + processing my payment was. The company is lucky to have a young professional like Diego! He handled all the paperwork + payment processing and crushed it. Thank you College Hunks for saving the day!! Will for sure be recommending you to everyone here in Oregon!
