Overall, I had a positive experience with my move. Day 1 (packing) went extremely well ? everything was packed efficiently, carefully, and exactly within the quoted time. I liked the team so much that I specifically asked for the same crew on Day 2 ? and they delivered.Day 2 (move-in) ended up running about two hours longer than expected, and a few items were left in plastic wrap, unassembled, or placed in the wrong rooms. There were also two minor dings in the walls. That said, the crew ? Tyhir, Yonatan, Phillip, and Adam ? worked hard through the rain, stayed respectful and friendly, and were clearly running on empty by the end of a long day (as was I). Since the issues were minor, I chose not to press.While there were a few bumps in the process, their positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic really stood out. I?d recommend them ? just suggest allowing a bit of extra time for the move-in day, especially if it?s a large or multi-day job.? Crystal H.
