I really liked it when my Hunks showed up in less than an hour and provided professional service.

Team was great

The two gentlemen Frances and Spencer not only helped us clean out my inlaws house but were very careful of the furniture that was left inside! They were respectful of our time restraints after putting my inlaws into a memory care facility. Both of us are senior citizens and extremely impressed at how they made sure we weren't lifting anything that might hurt our backs!

Antonio, Markus and Xavier were honestly the best movers I've had. It is not often you see trained movers, and the difference is obvious. They were organized, efficient and meticulous in tackling my furniture, getting the job done in no-time. Above all they were courteous and respectful, which helped to make job go very smoothly. Thanks again! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Nick was immaculately attentive to detail. Every time I saw something he was carrying headed for a door frame or a corner, he was already noticing it and compensating.Isaac is a beast. That guy can carry anything, and he's respectful and courteous and follows instructions to the letter.Their fearless leader Brian organized everything and was quick to explain and reassure when paperwork issues arose that I didn't expect.All three Hunks worked very hard in spite of all the Florida heat, wrapped all my belongings with great care, and got everything to my new home without damage. It was a huge relief.I also appreciated all the personal service during the scheduling phase of this service. The two points I felt could have been improved were that I wasn't told in advance to expect to have to sign liability paperwork releasing the company from all damages if something went wrong during the move, which severely stressed me out and got my hackles up. It was my first time working with a moving company, so I had no idea what standard practice was. I would recommend letting customers know that paperwork like that will be coming so they're not surprised and initially dismayed how I was.I was also a little surprised and stressed during the move because my guys stopped for a hydration break while they were driving the truck over to my new home and didn't let me know that was their plan. I finally called them, as they were fifteen minutes behind when I'd expected them to arrive and I didn't know what was going on, and they told me they had stopped at Circle K for drinks.I can completely understand needing hydration to work in Florida heat. It's absolutely vital. But I had attempted to provide drinks and snacks for them to have any time during that morning, and I didn't know where they were or why they were delayed. When a $279 an hour clock is ticking, it's very hard to maintain equanimity through unexpected pauses. I don't believe they charged me for that time, but I didn't know they wouldn't. It did not feel professional or straightforward for them to take a side stop without telling me in advance. All I would have needed was to be told they needed a break and I wouldn't be charged for it, and I would have been completely happy.Anyway - I want to thank you for taking such care of all my precious things, and Nick in particular was wonderful to work with. Kind and bright.I hope you all have a productive and happy autumn. :)

The HUNKS did an absolutely outstanding job in picking up all the things we needed removed. There was one very large custom piece of furniture that I wasn't sure would be able to be picked up without it being damaged, however the HUNKS got in on the truck with great care and no damage.I would use the HUNKS anytime, and strongly recommend the HUNKS to anyone who needs their kind of services.

The crew showed up early, which worked out better for us, and worked tirelessly. Absolutely top notch crew! Highly recommend!!
