The guys were very quick, communicative, and professional. They made a small mistake (accidentally leaving something in the truck), but rectified it quickly. They unloaded everything into my storage unit very compactly. The heat index outside was also about 100 degrees. They were great

Chris and Phil were a great help today I had multilevel tasks from moving furniture to disassembling and assembling furniture,to climbing up ladders to retrieve items and they were very Respectful of my home and timely as well!!

Removed all items that I wanted move quickly and with a smile. Very pleasant to work with and will ask for them on my next cleanup.

I was anticipating a smooth & uneventful move this morning. Unfortunately, it was just the opposite! Upon arriving, Rick was reviewing charges & time table with me. I had some questions because the total cost was more than we had anticipated. He said it was a 3 hour charge not 2 hour. A discussion followed with Rick's attitude becoming arrogant & disrespectful . He told me that I was rude & he "was leaving". I couldn't believe my ears. I had to move out of the condo today. He gave me the number for Charles, his boss, & just left. Upon reaching him, I explained my predicament. He immediately worked on resolving the issue. Within 20 minutes, Anthony called to let me know that he would be there with Ben in 15 minutes to complete the move. I actually was going to cancel the whole thing, but I had a time constraint on moving today. Much to my surprise, Anthony & Ben's attitudes were the opposite of Rick! They were friendly & cared about my predicament. The entire job took 1 hour & 45minures. They were hard working, knowledgeable & efficient. Everything went very well. They were both great throughout the entire process. They & Charles saved the day!

The guys who showed up did a phenomenal job. Very efficient, professional, and courteous. Cleared most of a 1200 sq. ft. basement in less than a half hour. Would recommend to anyone.

The 3 Hunks worked hard the minute they got here. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work! Completed the move in less than one hour. I have used them 3 or 4 times. I will certainly use them again! Hal Fischer

They we so polite and cared about my belongings that they were moving. They made sure everything was as I expected before they left!! Great job guys

I moved on a hot humid day, I tried to keep the four guys hydrated. They were very respectful and nice. As I paid my bill I pointed out new scratches on my floor and TV console. I was told a marker could be used on the scratches. An adjustment in the bill was not offered. I received an additional charge for Packaging or wrapping up a television that I did not expect. All of that I guess is normal and expected when moving. That night of the move I looked around for my large seven feet long mirror or longer and did not see it. The mirror is still at the old house and now I have to hire someone and pay them to move it. I admit I did initial or sign off that everything was completed on the move but I also remember saying that mirror goes to the new place. I would use this company again but we need to make notes as we go along.
