Top marks to the guys who attended a storage unit to help unload and relocate a very big delivery. I had been messed around by the shippers numerous times and the guys accommodated the changes willingly. Their boss Chris even attended personally to see if any additional help was required and did not charge extra for this. I would definitely recommend College Hunks

I really appreciate the ease of the process. The same gentleman that provided the quote was with the team during the move. I am amazed at the careful attention to detail. We were able to give highly detailed instructions for our move and those details were shared with the team that came for the move. While it was simple it made all the difference on an already stressful day. I hope that we do not need to move again in the future, however if we do, I will surely use you again.

not let me move a thing, not even a small item. They insisted that I let them do it. Also liked it when Donte took the time to come see how the move was going and liked seeing his interaction with his employees. It was clear that there is mutual respect between them and that helps foster a good work environment which customers benefit from as happy employees are usually good workers.

College hunks worked quickly and efficiently. My only concern/comment is that the things that were agreed to be donated were picked up and thrown onto the truck as junk and broke. Please remember that in some cases, these items were childhood memories and consideration of this should be taken. This was my childhood home and was very emotional to see it get cleared out. But overall, College hunks did a good job.

This is my third time using College Hunks, Ive been pleased every time. Scot, Ian and Faith showed up on time and got the job done with a great attitude!

Jalette and Ryah were wonderful! They were thorough and quick while also being extremely careful with our things! We really appreciated the care they took and the extra time they spent making sure furniture/walls were protected when moving items!

My Hunks were fast and efficient. I was able to get my appointment moved up to an earlier time which was very convenient for me. I would use them again.

I was really bummed that I was misinformed by scheduler when making appt, and led to believe that my piano might be donate-able or at least in part recyclable as College Hunks had more contacts and sources than myself, and they would try to find somebody. I spent a couple hours cleaning it the night before & shining it up for nothing. There wasnt even a sliver of a chance that it was going anywhere else than the dump.So I was a bit miffed as my hopes were dashed & I wasted time and effort one when I found out by the owner of franchise that came out, that this was not the case. The day of pick up, I got a call from owner & was informed that the box truck with the lift wasnt available.He seemed to want to cancel and reschedule becuz of no lift truck. And I said no no no no noooo. I already have rented a dumpster that had just come that morning for house clean out so we can do some future repairs. I said, I need the piano out of my house thats the way I planned this day! It has to go today!He said they might have to lift it by hand into a different truck. I told him it didnt matter if he didnt come at the time schedule, but I just need it out today. So he said, let me figure it out and Ill call you back in a few hours. I didnt have a clue what he was going to do. Then a few hours later he came with another young guy, and they carried it out of my house. I had literally moved it with my son to the sliding glass door so all they had to do was pull it out the door and around the corner of my house onto the pavement.And then he told me 2 other guys were coming with a truck and they were all going to put it on there. So we just waited in my driveway for these other 2 guys to show up. The owner had previously offered to rent box truck if I wanted it because he thought I didnt want the piano damaged. He didnt understand that I wasnt understanding situation and I thought the box truck was so it wouldnt get destroyed en route bouncing around I was questioning what was the point if it was going to be taken to dump. He also reminded me that its easier to get the piano in the truck if it has a lift. I was quoted one price on the phone as a flat rate according to my piano type/size. I gave cash payment but he seemed to expect more by the perplexed questioning look on his face when I gave it to him. And he wouldnt tell me when I asked what was wrong? He asked me what the full amount of the bill was supposed to be and I told him. Again, I could tell that wasnt what he was expecting. But he told me that was it was fine and that he owed me a dollar. And gave the money to young gentleman that came with him.I have some upcoming work needing done on house, and instead of using my waste management company I will use College Hunk, if they have services I might require. I prefer to use the local College Hunk Company that I worked with. I would like to use College Hunks instead if possible for when we begin process of tearing carpeting out instead of using Waste Management.Again.Thank you for your valuable time Scott!
