Absolutely professional! Great, timely service and I don?t think anyone can beat the price!

Very professional service!

I had heard about you/them from my Ring doorbell group. Someone was moving and asking forr recommendations.

Wanted to say that Rashawn and Xavier did an amazing job. They were super fast and took very good care of our furniture. They were also friendly. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The 3 workers, J.C., Kyle and James, were very nice to work with, did their job quickly, showed great concern that they not cause any damage to our lawn and carried all the material from its pile outside near some pine trees to the truck.I was amazed at how tightly they were able to pack all our junk up to the top of the truck, so I certainly felt that I was getting a fair deal with the price quote.My only significant concern and dissatisfaction related to how HUNKS handles payments. I had expected to pay by check, but was told that HUNKS only accepts cash or credit card.I opted for the credit card option which was done through one of the worker's phone and was puzzled when the final total was higher than what I had been quoted.I didn't question it at the time, figuring that I must have missed something and only found out when I checked the emailed invoice later that I had be charged an "Administrative Fee" of $33.16.I presume that the fee came from the credit card processor (Am I correct?), but did I miss something on your website about this fee for credit card payments? I didn't know anything about it at the time of payment and don't recall anyone with whom I dealt with at HUNKS, either on the phone or in person, who advised me that paying by credit card would include such a high administrative fee.After the work was done, I was sure that I would be able to give a 5 star review to HUNKS, but I haven't yet decided about leaving a Google review since I'm not sure about bringing up my dissastisfaction with not knowing about this fee in advance and the limitation of not being able to pay by check. (Again, please let me know if I missed something about it on your website)I would still recommend HUNKS to someone and would consider using you again should the need arise, but I will be sure to warn anyone in advance of the administrative fees and limitations of the methods of payment.Thank you again for otherwise making the removal of our junk such a positive experience.

These three guys were very nice. Very nice experience the way it all came together. They were polite and respectful to our family. We had three generations moving furniture in and out with them. Thank you guys.

Both of my movers, Jordan and Kevin? Were awesome! They moved quick and had everything moved in no time at all. Very professional and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Coukd not ask for better service!

The overall experience was great. The employees were professional, and took great care of my things. My tv cabinet was damaged when somebody grabbed a none lifting point and put a thumb or a few fingers through. I saw it this morning. They carefully stake wrapped everything, and they brought my things downstairs in a dolly (hand truck). But it wasn't a dolly designed for stairs. So they bumped all of my wooden furniture down the stairs. Each step the weight of the item caused a bump sound and an impact. If the tires were pneumatic instead of hard rubber, it would not have been so jarring to my furniture. Stair dollies have rubber rails on rollers so the mover can slide the furniture down stairs using the friction of the rubber system to protect delicate wooden furniture. Don and Sean did over 90% of the stairs and moving things in and out. Jamal, he seemed pissed off, and I barely saw him. At the new apartment, he did not bring one item up the stairs and into the apartment, or help unwrap anything. I gave the guys a 100 cash tip to split. I told Sean and Don to each keep 40 and to give Jamal 20, and just tell him I gave each of them 20. I was severely displeased with Jamal's overall attitude, tone with me, and his performance was sub par. A manager or leader on a physical labor team sets the tempo, they set the example, they lead from the front, actively involved with every step and contributing more than anyone else on the team. Sean and Don were exceptional on everything touched. Totally professional, polite, and they never stopped putting their all into. Thank you for my move. Now for the fun part, unpacking and organizing. Lol enjoy your weekend. I am available if you would like to talk to me or see the damage.

We have a BIG couch and it was very difficult to move, Ben S. and Patrich got the job done while being sure to protect it. We really appreciate the help!
