Robert and James did a fantastic job. They arrived on time. They were very professional. This was a local small move. I was having the contents of a 10 X 20 storage unit moved to my home. My fee was hourly. They worked at a steady pace. They didn?t dilly dally. I had a few heavy pieces, and a dresser that needed the mirror attached. They managed very well. I would definitely recommend College Hunks!!!

My name is Tawnya Kowitz. The team that came out to 211 North 5th Street in Malta, Illinois was professional and courteous. My husband and I agreed to give them a tip. After they left, I used the bathroom. They returned. My husband told me through the bathroom door that they said they forgot to charge us for the piano pickup fee. We were never told about a piano pickup fee at any time. My husband paid the $225 for the piano pickup fee with my card. We were surprised by the $225 piano pickup fee.My understanding was that the TV and the mattress pieces had a special fee. We were surprised by the piano pickup fee, and don't understand why it is so high. Since we weren't told about the piano pickup fee prior or during the pickup process, and it wasn't mentioned during the time of the original payment, could you please refund me the piano pickup fee of $225?Please email me at tawnyakowitz@gmail.com
