My first part of the experience was confusing.I was told to prepay and pay the rest after the service. I had difficulty paying from my computer so I called the main office. The person told me I could pay in full at the end of service. I questioned this point, which ended up on hold for a bit. In the end, I still needed to prepay. The person was so kind to offer payment over the phone and was able to get that part accomplished. Please have everyone on the same script about paying.I liked all the texts, emails and videos. But in the video, it showed the guys would introduce themselves, which 2 out of 3 did not. Also you might take out that the guys will tell you their studies, since none of these guys were in school. Never hired movers before, I was worried. One concern was my dad's driveway. It's best to back down than drive backwards up the driveway. Expressing this issue with the Jasper folks, they assured me things will be fine.The move went quickly and efficiently. There are a few other things that might get moved in the future, you will get that call.The guys were nice and friendly. Brandon told me about the junk removal service and process offered. This might be an avenue used in the future as well.Thanks ,Kari Boardman

The two hunks were great - professional and friendly. Just in and out. The only problem was that you said you would be there at 9 am and it was 10:30 am before you arrived.

Glenda and Romero did an outstanding job. My furniture was all very heavy. And trying to heft it onto the truck in the heat had to be awful. But Glenda was incredibly cheerful. And also was very patient with Romero who was being trained. All around I could not have had a bettter experience.I will recommend College Hunks to all my friends.

They helped me fit many things into a 5x5 storage space. Saving me so much time and money!!

Shout out to Mason and Hayden. Very efficient and hardworking. Please give those gentleman a raise! Also, there was a very nice lady I spoke to thru customer service. I cant recall her name but please thank her for me also. She was very optimistic everything would be fine . She was correct. Thanks again Mason and Hayden.

They were courteous and careful with my furniture removal. They ensured my walls or doors well cared for as they removed furniture from my home

Our moving team was incredible! The team members were high energy and worked hard all day long. They had a positive, can-do attitude and took great care with our belongings. They even tackled our large hot tub. Managers checked-in throughout the day and I felt like we were given white-glove treatment. Would highly recommend.

Both Hunks were wonderful!! They were prompt, polite, courteous, smiling, eager to help and please. I could go on and on. We were moving furniture from my deceased sisters home into my home; which was very emotional and stressful for me. Your guys understood and respected the circumstances! Thank you so much .
