Mike the team lead went above and beyond. He was SO kind to my 95 year old mother and made sure I knew a large bolt was missing from her bed, interestingly enough due to 2 Men and a Truck on her previous move. Mike said if we found it hed stop back and put it on for us! (He didnt have to but we VERY much appreciated the offer!!!). Ryan was nice too! As a manager, I DREAM of finding employees like Mike!

Calmly dealt with a tough move of chair. They had to deal with tight space to get chair out and did a great job of not harming the chair - it is an expensive medical recliner
