Cameron & Trevon were great! I requested to have household items removed to go to a charity! They handled everything w/ care. I have a household move also coming up where I requested both gentleman to do my move, because they were very respectful to communicate w/ as well as respectful of everything being moved from house to truck. I gave Cameron a 10, but I would give corporate a 5. I had to negotiate 7-9 marketing texts and 3-4 phone calls in order to get corporate to understand my needs and work with me on pricing. Eventually we got there, but geez... Other reason for low score is that your team should be provided with dollies, straps, back support, and leather gloves "by default" for "every" job. These are basic requirements for moving things safely. Cameron wasn't provided any of these, I assume that's a pattern, not a one off. They had to come back with a dolly and I provided straps and gloves, c'mon corporate, that's weak...

The guys were so awesome! Just incredibly helpful!!!!!
