They were clean, neat, polite, prompt, efficient, and very careful not to track water into our freshly cleaned lobby. It was raining very hard.

My movers were absolutely fantastic and the nicest! They were very transparent about the fees when they arrived as well, however prior to my appointment I spoke with a customer service representative who said the fee was 40 dollars every 15 minutes so they don?t overcharge you. When the movers arrived they explained that the fee would be a minimum of 1 hour charge bringing the total to $318. None of this was discussed correctly to me when I made the appointment.

The 2 young men that completed my job were very polite, respectful, friendly and thorough!! I would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy that they showed up on time and were very respectful of us and our belongings. In 2 weeks when it?s time to move everything back into place again, I hope ? we get the same crew of Hunks. It?ll just make it easier because they know where everything belongs. An overall positive experience.
