The gentlemen showed up in the time frame I picked. They were friendly, courteous and moved the recliner without any issues. The guys were great, very nice and respectful. My only suggestion would be to let the customer know what time to expect the guys, and inform them of all of the hidden fees! That makes a big difference in cost. But the two guys were fabulous, the suggestion is for the office.
