I can not say enough good things about the Ann Arbor H.U.N.K.S. John and Laura are exceptional at customer service and making their clients feel 110% satisfied. We have chosen the hunks now about seven or eight times. They do junk removal and moving. The movers take exceptional care with furniture; especially heavy antiques. Plus, the prices are great! Really great communication, even took the time to clear some things I wanted to keep off the sofa that was being taken, I had neglected to do that.

They were very courteous, careful, and thorough, One of they guys saw me locking the basement door and came back to be sure I could reach the vertical latches in the door.

The move went very well. The movers were on time and the move went very quickly despite them having to dismantle and put back together a bed frame I did not realize would need that. Nothing was damaged. This was not our experience last time we hired movers so we are especially appreciative of how well this went.
