I love the service provided by the company and have used them 3 times now. I like knowing that my items could be used by others and if not, that they will be disposed of properly. The guys who came this week (Q and Keys) were exceptional and their customer service was outstanding. They called early in the morning to update me on their expected timeframe and continued to keep me in the loop. They were friendly, professional, and efficient!
