When I scheduled the appointment I had indicated that the job was for picking up items to be donated - not junk removal. When the guys showed up they had a truck with junk - not the box truck for donations. Everett was the person in charge. He did a great job getting the situation straightened out and re-scheduling with us for the next morning at 9:00. Everett and his team were here the next morning at precisely 9:00. They were professional and courteous. Hats off to Everett for turning a negative into a positive.
