Meet Our Tri Cities Team

Jeff graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. After two decades serving small businesses in the IT industry, he realized it was time for a change. In January 2023, Jeff embraced the opportunity to become a business owner through franchising, and just two months later, he knew that College H.U.N.K.S. was where he belonged. While it was tough for this FSU grad to adopt Miami's orange and green, Jeff couldn't resist becoming a "Hunk." His favorite core value is "Building Leaders," and he is passionate about helping others grow both personally and professionally, while positively impacting Northeast Tennessee through the College H.U.N.K.S. mission. WHOOHUNK!!

Taylor wears multiple hats at College H.U.N.K.S., splitting his time between Sales Manager, Estimator, and Operations Management. Having been with the team since June 2023—just before the franchise opened—Taylor completed all the initial franchise management training alongside the owner. With over 12 years of experience in retail and operations management, Taylor is passionate about the core values, especially "Creating a fun, safe, winning team." After years of traveling and being away from family, Taylor is excited to settle into a new journey, helping launch the College H.U.N.K.S. brand in Northeast Tennessee and living out the values daily.

Aidan is currently studying biology at Northeast State Community College, with plans to graduate in the spring of 2026. When he’s not hitting the books, Aidan enjoys training in kickboxing and staying active. His favorite local spot to grab a bite is Evelyn's Kitchen. If he could take a trip anywhere, he’d head to the west coast of Florida for some of the best fishing in the world!

Omari is currently pursuing a biology degree at East Tennessee State University and expects to graduate in 2027. With a love for breathtaking scenery, Omari dreams of visiting Iceland or New Zealand. If given the chance, he’d love to instantly master the ability to play any instrument perfectly—a skill that would match his passion for music and creativity.
