Jeff graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. After two decades serving small businesses in the IT industry, he realized it was time for a change. In January 2023, Jeff embraced the opportunity to become a business owner through franchising, and just two months later, he knew that College H.U.N.K.S. was where he belonged. His favorite core value is Building Leaders and he is passionate about helping others grow both personally and professionally, while positively impacting Northeast Tennessee through the College H.U.N.K.S. mission. WHOOHUNK!!

Taylor wears multiple hats at College H.U.N.K.S., splitting his time between Sales Manager, Estimator, and Operations Management. Having been with the team since June 2023—just before the franchise opened—Taylor completed all the initial franchise management training alongside the owner. With over 12 years of experience in retail and operations management, Taylor is passionate about the core values, especially "Creating a fun, safe, winning team." After years of traveling and being away from family, Taylor is excited to settle into a new journey, helping launch the College H.U.N.K.S. brand in Northeast Tennessee and living out the values daily.

Aidan is currently studying biology at Northeast State Community College, with plans to graduate in the spring of 2026. He brings athleticism and energy to the team, with a background as a former Division II baseball player. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, flying, and staying active with sports like pickleball, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Aidan lives with his two dogs and has a sweet spot for blueberry or chocolate muffins. He’s a fan of heavy metal—or whatever’s on the radio—and cheers for the Yankees. His favorite places to eat are Chili’s and Texas Roadhouse, and he proudly supports First Harvest Food Bank as his favorite charity.

Kaylyn brings creativity and positive energy to the team. She's passionate about arts and crafts, dancing, reading, and gaming—especially collecting retro video game consoles. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two dogs and treating herself to ice cream. Kaylyn enjoys alternative rock, cheering for the Panthers, and grabbing a bite at Olive Garden or Logan’s.

Donovan may claim he’s boring, but with a love for running, video games, and granola bars, he brings steady focus and drive to the team. He’s a proud dog dad to Nala and supports Central Baptist Church in Kingsport as his favorite charity. Donovan cheers for Georgia Tech and the Northwestern Wildcats, and you’ll likely find him grabbing a bite at Don Chuy when he’s off the clock. Music-wise, he’s easygoing—he listens to just about anything.

Jude brings craftsmanship and heart to the team. When he’s not working, he’s often volunteering at Bancroft Bible Camp or spending time with his pets, Willow and Timbes. Jude enjoys woodworking and relaxing to country music, and he’s a big fan of cheesecake and Taco Bell. A proud supporter of St. Jude and a Georgia Bulldogs fan through and through, Jude is dedicated, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand.

Emilio is a quiet but dependable member of the team who lets his work speak for itself. He has two dogs and a simple approach to life—with grapes as his favorite treat and mariachi music as his go-to soundtrack. While he doesn't claim many hobbies or favorite places, Emilio proudly supports International Orthodox Christian Charities and brings steady commitment to everything he does.

Ethan is an outdoor enthusiast who loves snowboarding, backpacking, and soaking up nature any chance he gets. He’s the proud owner of two big dogs and has a serious sweet spot for Reese’s. With a taste for both classic and modern hip hop, Ethan brings a chill but focused vibe to the team. His favorite local spot is Italian Pizza Pub, and he supports Good Samaritan as his charity of choice.

Alvin brings high energy and athleticism to every job—literally, he can do flips! A passionate basketball fan and player, Alvin roots for UK basketball and listens to just about every kind of music. He’s a big fan of cookies and cream treats and says he loves "all the good" restaurants. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the court or supporting his favorite cause, Rise Up for Kids.

Ramiro is a well-rounded team member with a love for sports, reading, and video games of nearly every genre. He’s the proud owner of two cats—Wednesday and Spooky—and enjoys alternative music and relaxing with a scoop of ice cream. Ramiro roots for the Tennessee Titans and enjoys dining at local favorites like Sahib and Freiberg’s. He also supports the Salvation Army as his favorite charity.

Mason is a music lover and car enthusiast who brings creativity and good vibes to every job. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing guitar, singing, or working on cars. He’s a fan of gospel, country, indie rock, and metal—pretty much anything with a great sound. His favorite treats are cookies and cheesecake, and his go-to restaurant is Main Street Café in Jonesborough. Mason shares his home with his cat, Piper, and supports St. Jude as his favorite charity.

Jonah brings energy and versatility to the team. He’s the proud owner of two Dobermans and spends his free time skateboarding, hiking, and diving into his interest in forensics. Jonah also plays soccer and cheers on the Tennessee Titans. His favorite treat is cheesecake, and his go-to meal comes from Chipotle. With a wide taste in music and a heart for giving back, Jonah supports Goodwill as his favorite charity.

Cooper brings strength and personality to the team—with a love for lifting weights and a couple of party tricks up his sleeve, like doing the worm and even a full split! He enjoys golf and fishing in his free time and listens to anything from the ’90s or 2000s. Cooper shares his home with a dog and a lizard, and he’s always up for a good meal at Misos. When it comes to sweet treats? He’s not picky—anything will do! Cooper supports the Salvation Army as his charity of choice.

Dalton is an active and friendly team member who enjoys trail riding, playing basketball, and going on walks. He’s pretty good on the court and has a soft spot for Christmas cakes. With a music taste that ranges from country and rap to rock and beyond, Dalton keeps things upbeat and versatile. He roots for the Dallas Mavericks and loves grabbing a bite at Eggs Up Grill or Texas Roadhouse. Dalton proudly supports Good Samaritan as his favorite charity.

Jessi is a proud pet parent to four dogs—Zeke, Sheba, Clyde, and Bella—and two cats, Banana and Leelee. He’s always up for a conversation about sports, workouts (just don’t ask him to run), or his family. Jessi enjoys most outdoor activities, has a serious love for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and jams out to just about anything from the '90s. A loyal Tennessee Vols fan, Jessi’s go-to meals are Texas Roadhouse, BBQ, or Mexican food. He’s passionate about supporting veterans and organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project.

Mikah is a talented and introspective team member. He plays piano from memory and enjoys spending time at the gym, gaming, listening to music, or simply enjoying some quiet alone time. Mikah listens to just about everything—old and new—and cheers for the Buckeyes. His favorite treat is ice cream, and Mid City Grill is his top pick for a good meal. Mikah supports the Future of Life Institute as his favorite charity.

Rob is a powerhouse on the team who enjoys weight lifting and snowboarding in his free time. With two dogs and two cats at home, he brings both strength and heart to every job. Most of Rob’s family hails from Norway, and he proudly cheers for the Chicago Bears. His favorite meal is pizza, and his top restaurant picks are The Label and Blue Moose. Rob listens to country music and supports St. Jude as his favorite charity.
