They were in and out and had everything taken care of within 20 minutes! Super professional and made it hassle-free for me!

The crew that arrived were respectful, timely, and efficient!

This was the best experience of my entire move! Everything else was going wrong, including not being able to access my moving pod. I had to reschedule 3 times. They made everything so easy and accommodated me last minute. The job took less time than I thought because they were so efficient. I had great customer service from the movers and every time I called!

My Hunks were terrific. They did a little junk storage and moving some beds and large chairs around 4 floors and helped with some bed assembly. A big shout out to Cornelius and Shawmuard!

Things went well. I did not get all of their names but the lead guy's name was Ronald. They did a great job. Thanks!

Workers did a great job

The three young men (sorry I don't remember their names) were very polite and hardworking. What I was disappointed in, however, is the fact that the company sent them out to my home to move a piano without any special equipment. When I made the appointment on the phone I expressed concern over the fact that the piano would have to be taken through the sliding glass door, and there was a raised track which could easily be damaged. I was assured that they would have all the equipment needed to safely slide the piano through the door without damaging the track. Well, the guys had no special equipment, and had to lift the piano and carry it over the threshold of the door. There was no damage to our door, but I was very concerned that the guys would injury their backs. Pianos are heavy, and I had given the dimensions of the piano over the phone when I made the appointment, so I assumed they would come prepared with special dollies and straps and whatever equipment would be necessary to protect their backs from injury while moving such a heavy object. But they did not seem to have anything of the sort, which I would assume should be the responsibility of the company to provide them.

Seriously, Christian and Tyreek... (Excuse the spelling), I am giving you all the warmest social distancing hug. Mom wanted big house, mom wanted to fill the walls, mom wanted to entertain and feed everyone. Mom suddenly goes to heaven and College H.U.N.K.S. saves the day! Thank you all for answering my calls w the kind into, adjusting to my last minute changes, and even being my therapist-- Splendid service and hope not all families are like this... Driver and crew was great. Dispatcher is a moron!!!! No lift gate when I stated it was double door commercial fridge compromised my fridge and threatened to cancel for a huge client that would fuck us which was DC UNITED soccer club. Complete incompetence and as a former dispatch and GM of allied van lines in Tampa FL hes trash
