From the time I called until they left it was all handled with such ease and professionalism. I spoke to the office and then within minutes someone called to confirm. We had an old freezer that we knew would be a task getting out of our basement, which stank of mildew. James and Kamazi were such troopers getting that freezer out! They took it apart so it would fit through the door (again, sorry for the smell, guys!) and got it out of our house for good (along with other flood-damaged items). Thanks to the whole team for a great experience!
